Instructions
- Cook rice or quinoa according to package directions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
- Pour sauce over the turkey and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve the turkey and broccoli mixture over cooked rice or quinoa.
