- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
Notes
For clean slices, wipe the knife between cuts. Store bars in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
