  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan over medium heat.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add shrimp, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.

  • Add the remaining butter and lemon juice, tossing to coat the shrimp.
