Description

A deconstructed take on the classic burger – all your favorite flavors in one bowl without the bun!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup burger sauce or dressing of choice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
  4. In serving bowls, layer lettuce, cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, cheese, onions, and pickles.
  5. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add avocado, bacon bits, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
